At Luxe Maternity Concierge, our services are provided as private-pay packages. Because we focus on non-clinical education, planning, and support, our visits are not billed through health insurance and are not considered “covered medical services.”

Insurance

Most health insurance plans do not cover non-clinical maternity concierge care. We do not bill insurance directly, and payment is due at the time of booking.

HSA/FSA Accounts

Many families have successfully used Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for postpartum and educational services. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, we are happy to provide:

• Itemized invoices with clear service descriptions
• Documentation of visit dates and support provided

Clients may then submit receipts to their HSA/FSA administrator for possible reimbursement.
